Aya cows are raised with pure spring water and special feed blend under the systematic control of Aya-cho.

Miyazaki is the nation’s second prefecture in Japanese black cattle numbers. Aya cow is the top brand in Miyazaki.

Aya beef was the first and the second ranking brand with respect to BMS-No.12 in the prestigious Japanese beef fair 2006 held by JA Miyazaki Keizairen.

BMS shows marbled beef grade.

Born in Tokushima Pref. in 1945. Participated in and developed many YAKINIKU businesses in Osaka Pref. Opened Pap HOUSE Shibuya in Tokyo in 1992. Now, he manages various restaurants in Tokyo, and “YAKINIKU SCHOOL” as well. He works hard to make YAKINIKU more popular and develop managers and employees for successful licensed business.
