Just a little portion of a cow

Recently, rare parts such as "Haneshita" and "Misuji" have become more popular.

You may find such names on other restaurant's menu.

Many of our customers seem to enjoy YAKINIKU at other restaurants as well.

However,they say Pap HOUSE's rare parts are extremely different.

We are very happy to hear customers' voice.

Why are they so delicious?

Because we select the highest rank beef only, such as Aya beef from Miyazaki. And our expert chef technique is added to extract its real taste.

Rare parts can only be taken just a little from a cow.

As for "Misuji", only 2 to 3 kg can be taken from a 500 kg cow. Besides, longer carreer is necessary to locate and remove "Misuji".

The chef must know every part of a cow. Our executive chef Tanaka has studied beef and cows to create various original menus of Pap HOUSE.

Those are called "Haneshita", "Kainomi", and "Ichibo".

Their taste and cut appearance may be different in each restaurant, but we are sure our beef is the best.

Example of Rare Parts

Haneshita

Best part at the center of shoulder loin. Tastes great with its sweet fat and goes better with rice.

Maki

Part which covers shoulder loin center. Especially juicy.

Sasami

Lower part of fillet. Fibrous and firm. Amazingly juicy!

Kainomi

Underbelly. Not lean nor marbled but exquisite beef part.

Misuji

Lower part of shoulder. Only a few kilos from a cow. Soft and juicy. You can also eat this as Sashimi (raw dish). Be careful not to grill it too much.

Ichibo

Soft part of bottom. Different from sirloin. Sweet lean beef. Fantastic sweetness and nice flavor.
